Pricing & Key Deadlines

Our new ticketing system allows you to complete your registration and select an offline payment option at checkout!

Please note that registrations made with offline payments are initially marked as "pending." You can download an invoice from the checkout screen. Registrations will be marked as "paid" once payment is received. If you plan to bring your payment on the day of the event, please call our office to notify our staff.

Registrations with pending payments that have not made arrangements to pay on the day of the event will be voided on April 2nd, 2026 at 5 PM. It is the responsibility of the registering party to ensure Iowa Safe Schools receives payment or communication by this deadline. 

Please read the following information carefully:

1. Every attendee regardless of type (student, parent, community member, exhibitor, etc.) MUST provide their full legal name. 
2. All attendees are expected to comply with venue rules and are subject to bag searches after checking in. This is for the safety of every attendee and staff member. 
3. All registrations are final, and no refunds will be given. All registrations are reviewed and can be declined for any reason at the sole discretion of Iowa Safe Schools. The safety of all attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and staff are a top priority, and Iowa Safe Schools reserves the right to deny entry into the conference for any reason.
4. Iowa Safe Schools reserves the right to deny entry to attendees who refuse to comply with registration requirements with no refund.
5. Payment must be received by the date of the Conference.
