Exhibit at The Governor's Conference on LGBTQ Youth!

Exhibitors are permitted to sell or give away audience appropriate items, including swag, books, and other educational and/or affirming materials. Exhibitors are solely responsible for their items and materials. Any audio equipment must be kept to a reasonable volume. Demonstrations or interactive elements should not obstruct traffic flow or disrupt neighboring exhibitors. 

• Once your application is submitted and approved, your exhibitor booth is considered confirmed, and any remaining balance must be paid in full.
• No refunds or cancellations will be offered.
• Booth registrations may be declined if content is determined to be not relevant or appropriate for conference purpose and audience. 

• Exhibitor booths include 2 conference registrations, these are non-transferrable after the name substitution deadline. 
• If you have additional staff attending the conference and staffing your booth, please purchase additional “Community/Guardian Attendees”

• All attendees must check in. 
• Bag Searches:
  • All bags are subject to search prior to entry for the safety of all attendees and staff.
  • Iowa Safe Schools reserves the right to deny entry to any attendee who refuses to comply with these policies.
  • No refunds will be issued for failure to comply.
